Burnsville Speech does not restrict participation or “cut” students. By registering for Speech, a student is on the team. Instead of auditions, we hold 1-1 Placement Meetings where students discuss with team captains and coaches their interests and goals for the year so that coaches can identify categories of interest for students. Below is the document we ask students to bring with them and review before their placement meeting.
